The Christian Community Compassion Center (4C’s) is a 501c3 organization that was founded in 2007 for the sole purpose of reaching out to those in crisis with compassion, sharing our resources to help meet their immediate physical and/or financial needs while spreading God’s grace and love.

The month of September saw the Homeless Shelter house 2 people, the Food Pantry helped 557 families, representing 1,607 people, and Helping Hands disbursed aid to 73 families in need in our local area. Of the 62 families, there were 17 new clients in that number and 2 Veterans.
The Food Pantry was blessed to received 4,622 pounds of food from Walmart and and additional 899 pounds from Aldi's.
The Fall Giveaway was held October 10th at the First United Methodist Church.
The WSIL-TV3 Sack Hunger Game was held at Taylor Field on October 19th.
