SUE THOM, Food Panty Director
The month of June has been a busy one for the 4 C's. The Homeless Shelter has housed 7 people this month, the Food Pantry has helped 445 families, representing 1228 people, and Helping Hands has disbursed $2,703.22 in aid to 111 families in need in our local area.
A new deep freeze has been purchased, and estimates are being taken on replacing two large air-condiditoners that are wearing out. Monetary donations are being taken to help defray the cost of the new units. 4 C's volunteers completed the painting of the interior of the building.
Anyone wanting to purchase an ad for the placemats for the August 5, 2018 BBQ Fundraiser may call the 4C's office at 618.252.2374. Youth from some of our local churches will be helping to set up and bus tables for the BBQ Fundraiser. PLEASE mark your calendars and plan to attend the BBQ Fundraiser.
